Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Method
We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which provides reliable, trackable delivery across the UK. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Bulk Orders
For large or bulk orders, please allow up to 7 additional working days for preparation and handling. We will notify you promptly of any unexpected delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or bundles.
